Thread Title: Ban request on constantine

Time in GMT: I live in Holland, the time here was around 21:00 (GMT+2 I believe.)

Summary:
Constantine joined the server and started walking up to me, calling me Shitlinsky or something, I ignored it at first, then I walked to BP to see if anyone was perhaps selling a BMW, and there he was again, this time he said Shitlinsky again and I warned him over voice to stop it or I'd shoot him. He then proceeded to call me "Salinhomosexual" in LOOC and I warned him one last time over voicechat, he then said shitlinsky in chat again and I shot him, after which he raged and said he would banrequest me. I have Enzyme to back my story up and perhaps some others too.
After that, I walked to the Tides Hotel to see if anyone there was selling a BMW, Constantine walks up to me and punches me, so I call the police who ask the witnesses if this is true, Constantine gets tazed and handcuffed, and right before the officer can get the warrant, Constantine rejoins to avoid arrest.
