Men In Suits
Welcome to Men In Suits Inc.!
This is a Court RP clan, which means we will be on v33x for the Court RP.
What is Court RP:
Court RP is a Government based Role play in which we tend to use the court before we arrest a person for a certain reason or sue. There is a process that case must go through to reach the court; this i will explain in another thread. With this type of Roleplay, we can actually make lawsuits or make death sentences to the defendant.
There will be certain jobs a clan member will have.
These are the jobs:
Judge
This standing requires a player to actually know how a court goes in real life(IRL). The judge will make the decision on how the case is going to end in court with the evidence and the jury.
Attorney
The Attorney is hired to help with your side of the case. They will gather info, proof, and intelligence for your side to win the case. They will also be the ones that do most of the talking to the Judge. The attorneys can determine a price for their hire by themselves. You must have a attorney to go to court!
The Jury
The jury will be people that are selected that have witnessed the event in way,or can just be random people chosen to help with the decision.
The Bailiff
The Bailiff is a police officer that is assigned to the court to oversee it or help it in any way. The bailiff usually hands the judge the evidence when the judge asks for it from the attorneys.
Guards
Guards that guard the court, usually the main door leading to the court.
