Summary: (What happened?)
The Dessey - Breaking rule 7 regarding bases, doubledooring and contrafarming in the city.
Jack Middleton - Making a tollbooth with frozen, unbreakable barriers and RDM on me when I helped the rebel get unstuck from the fadingdoor.
frank martin / NEVER BACK DOWN - Propabuse, propsmashing and pushing, even propkilled someone which is when I started recording him. Also attempting to randomly steal a car.
KageBjornen - Random hostaging, basing in a spawnhouse (Corleone spawnhouse) And keypad abuse/propblock (His keypad did not work)
Screamingsoul<3 - Random hostaging together with KageBjornen
NexOn - Teaming with corleones (I don't have a lot of evidence on this, but you can check the logs, after I got hostaged by them and got released, I swore revenge and shot one of them, NexOn at his turn tried to then kill me, but died. I think the logs will show that Screamingsoul<3, KageBjornen and NexOn, all three, failed to kill me)
๖ۣۜTyki ๖ۣۜMikk - Basing in offices, ignoring my warning after I even pointed out the exact rule in LOOC which was Base rule 7, not 6 (My bad) I even quoted it for him in LOOC but he still did not listen. I got a short film and a screenshot of this. Also add admin disrespect (I checked with Ruxandra on this)

The Dessey's base in the clothing shop on V33x, you can also clearly see his double door and you can see him moving around with druglabs.
