Tranq. gives me white screen.

So, every time I get tranqed I get a white screen instead of the water that it is supposed to look like; (seen it on youtube video that it is supposed to be a watery overlay) I was wandering if there is a game I don't have installed that should be, or if there's just something glitched for me.

What I see when tranqed.

HL2

HL2: EP2
HL2: Death Match
HL2: Lost Cost
CS: S

P.S.: I'm pretty sure they are all mounted, if not and I find that out today I will remove this post.

Iv'e had this problem since I can remember.
