Why we should unban you:Well for a first, I didn't demote KierTheKebab at random, he started shooting at me as SS so i demoted him. I was doing my presidential duties just fine, i was having a meeting with Mormor. as you can see and KierTheKebab just runs in and starts shooting at me with a Mac-10, he shoots his whole box of rifle ammo and then screams for me to get out of the chair, but i wasn't prepared to lose my presidential position due to a random raid, and since there was no admins on even if i did get killed i couldn't of done anything about it. and the reason i was in a small office is because KierTheKebab built a huge slide blocking my whole big office

I understand this Ruxandra, But because me and KierTheKebab usually play together and are friends, i didn't understand whether he was screwing around, or actually being serious. I understood FearRP, I understand that when i sat in a chair it was wrong for me not to abide, but i don't think that it's fair that it was a random raid

ok i was also an ss standing with the president when "bradley" started to shoot the president "bigtoe" bradley was the head of ss and as me and bigtoe were at the elevator entrance talking, bradley came out from behind the barraacade that "bigtoe" had made he then sprayed the president almost to death but before he could kill the president "bigtoe" demoted him and then "bradley" started to whine in ooc about how it was a random demote, so if anyone should be banned it's bradley!!!! for the shooting of a team mate, and for random raiding, i can understand why you banned "bigtoe" for not getting out of the chair but 7 days is ridiculous. also "bigtoe" was doing his president duties he was having meetings doing the laws every now and then and doing his warrants i'm pretty sure you can check this ib the loggs!

1. You and mormor were not having a meeting as he came up in the elevator with me.

2. Only started doing the president duties after i had been killed by SS.

3. I didnt teamkill ANYBODY.

4. You refused the get out of the chair, and still didnt do it when i was holding a Mac-10 Loaded with ammo.

5. If you look in the screenshot with the scoreboard, bigtoe is still pres, and look at my time played on them, just proving he didnt get out of the chair, otherwise i could of killed him for being a fail pres.

6. Many people were saying things such as "Fail President" and "This president sucks" and that was why there were maybe 3 or 4 people in the lift armed with guns, they all got off in the courtroom for some reason:L

As bigtoe stated we have played together since the first time we joined FL, and yes we are friends, but he just really annoyed me last night and they were just ruining the roleplay for me, and i have been having a great time doing some good roleplay, with Zzzzap, Hughes and Inky.

I do think bigtoe deserves a ban, but for fear rp i dont think its worth 7 days to be fair, or maybe just blacklist from president?

1. Mormor. Was having a meeting with me, He came up the elevator with you and entered while i was getting my head of S.S to escort you out and then you killed him.

2. I didn't get out of the chair because i wasn't prepared to lose my position as president, i was demoting people because they weren't following my orders and that's why they were all butt-hurt.

3. You did try to teamkill me as president, you opened up on me with a Silenced M4 and while you were reloading I demoted you.

4. I was doing my presidential duties just fine, I was giving out warrants to the police, and trying my best to help them out due to the fact that they were new to the server, I eventually moved location to the church where i got private protection, Everyone else thought i was a good president apart from the people that I demoted due to stupidity.



And like Bradley said, I would happily trade out my ban time for lets say 200 hours of ingame time blacklist from President.

You were just punching SS in your office, i didnt see a broadcast until i died, there was no lockdown for raiding you, you just sat in the god damn chair whilst your ss came up.

I raided you, because you random Demoted me, and when i came up, you didnt get out the chair, you didnt get out of the chair when you were at gun point and thats what got you banned, it wasnt hard to get out, so you wouldnt get out the chair a loose pres, but now your banned youd happy be blacklisted for 200 hours.
