Interview process to begin immediately.

Seeing as the company has come together quite quickly, I would like to make sure everyone who applied has the proper qualities to work for our company. Throughout the next few weeks or so, I will be interviewing the employees of our shop and asking them basic questions. The purpose of this is not only to familiarize myself with the workers, but to make sure their position at the pawn shop is right for them. This is mandatory, but easy. Those who don't pass the interview will either be switched to a different position, or in a more unlikely case, layed off from the company.
