Summary: Well, he started being a cop and randomly shooting people. After president got him demoted he started shooting as unemployed and making a prop block so i couldnt get to him. Unfortunately you cant see him behind the prop block. But admins should be able to look in logs to see it. If you look at the scoreboard you can see his kills.

Evidence:: His prop block
