Hmmm, I can see that people disagree with the points acquisition system ad so do I. I don't think having 2 RP points would make much difference for using a sniper.

What you suggested Eric was a form of flashbang weapon and a way of making raids easier, something to do with warrants. I didn't mean to sound too hostile, but the flashbang has been suggested before and personally I'm undecided with it, the warrant system already works fine.
This suggestion is about attempting to balance raids on specific bases, large and well guarded ones, and to offer the police a long distance means of fighting back.
