game freezes every 5 minutes.

Well I see lua errors from entities and that makes me freeze for 20 seconds and there is standing in console:
[AntiCrash] Connection down - Did not receive pong
[AntiCrash] Connection regained - movement detected
[AntiCrash] Connection lost - sending ping
[AntiCrash] Connection down - Did not receive pong
[AntiCrash] Connection regained - movement detected

I had a tip but I don't know how to go in the lua file and edit it. I have to set movement to false.

Seems like you have an addon AntiCrash installed, try to delete it, it won't work anyways. To prevent getting disconnected you can do cl_timeout 3000.
