Title of Suggestion: See title

Description: Basically it is piling up with Threads on the H&S Section. So my suggestion is to add a H&S Archive. For example when a "Lulz, the servr is down, pls hlp" Thread show up, you can easily archive it so it don't pile up on H&S threads that really need help.

Why: It will make the H&S Section much cleaner as well as making it hard for people to bump old threads. It will also be useful for people with old problems that is still not fixed and is in the bottom of the page.

People need to see the H&S when they need H or S, so they don't dig through all the archived ones

The Archive is where all the H&S Threads go when they have been answered, they will not be moved there if the thread is not answered.

AKA: A Subforum in the H&S Section where all the dead and finished threads go.
