Its depends on alot of things, how serious your Rule Violation is and How many rules you broke at once.
Your first ban could be a perm, aswell as it could be your second.

16 bans of CDM or RDm can be a permban.
A single ban of Ddosing can be permban aswell... no need of numbers. R+ L = J

Depends, if you start building up 10+ bans though don't be surprised if you get perma'd over small offences.
