It's just the map. It's huge and some parts aren't very well optimised, and it contains quite a lot of entities.

EDIT: The above didnt do anything, but i bought a GTX 550 Ti and i now have no lag. Anybody with frame rate problems i advise you to do the same. I went from 9fps to 50, and its perfect!
