Let's refresh this thread a bit. I am FSX-freak. I could play this game all the time.

My longest flight so far without a break is 18,5h (Tokyo Haneda- Los Angeles via Domodedovo, Okecie, Frankfurt, and Girona) on Lockheed L-1011 TriStar.
