you had the same problem as me, you just need patience, When it is stuck, it is actually downloading that supra_xbox.vtx thing, Just wait it out, Thats what i did!

I tried, its still stuck..

try clearing your addons, might be some broken folders in the fearless content, it worked for me, You just have to wait. It usually takes a while for it to download supra.xbox.vtx just WAIT.

It does that when the server has crashed and you are in the middle of loading.
