Summary: This man, no pants, owns a cab and driving it around as civilian. Now, I did stand in-front of his car SO i could get the proof.

I dont think this is really grounds for banning really.

First of all he could be running an independent taxi service and didn't change his job title because he did not know how to.


I say if he is giving people rides that is not really fail RP. He is providing a service.

Do not have enough evidence to what he was doing with the car... Denied.
