Summary: (What happened?) I was trying to arrest rocketman for murder but he kept running away and trying to get hit by cars in the middle of the road. Finally Shanti comes along and intentionally kills him by walking on him after being told multiple times to stop. Shanti then went on to be very disrespectful to other players and started to metagame while he was in a deal and I was an undercover cop.
