Why we should unban you: i was a cop and i got a report that this guy was stealing a vehicle iasked him to stop the car. and he got out of the car and had a gun equiped so i shot him and he put his gun away. i understand why it may look like rdm. i really want another chance to rp on this server again.

it was first offence and hes already been banned for over a month

I vote unban. I think its unfair to perm someone for their first offence unless it is a huge issue that wont be fixed by a temporary ban.
