Hello , I'm from holland and since I want to donate i have a Question.
Since euro has different worth than Dollars..Must i donate the total amount 7.62 what is $10 Dollars.. or not ? :|

Most likely, though I don't really enjoy doing the math when it comes to currency exchange, albeit looking it up on one of my handy HP applications which tells me the exact number.
Paypal will probably deduct the amount accordingly.

You can only donate in dollars but since its 'Viritual Money' (on a bank account) it will automatically exchange the euro you need into dollars and pay.

If you donate you donate in dollars, PayPal will convert the amount of $10 into your currency which would be Euro and this will be taken from your account. You don't have to worry about converting anything yourself.
While donating it should show how much Euro it is somewhere in PayPal so yeah...
