Summary: Had a shop for the entire time the server was up(At least 3 hours) and was staying there with 4 other people when the server gets DoS'd, meaning it was unplayable. During the lag, one of our guys(The one who owned the door to the place) disconnected without us noticing. Within minutes of this, Theomenz purchases the door and then starts telling us to get out. He did this claiming that he owned the place despite having just managed to claim the door due to someone disconnecting and our entire shop being inside it. He then attempted to shoot us all and molotov the place before the server crashed due to the DoS.
He did it purely to piss people off, and quite frankly I don't want to have to play on the server knowing people are going to pull stunts like that to totally ruin peoples roleplay just for a giggle or an excuse to shoot people in the face.

I can vouch for the fact that Theomenz has pulled stunts like this in the past.

This kind of behavior does not really fall under any breaking of the written rules... But I feel that this is Fail RP, and rude behavior towards other players. In this situation I believe theo clearly destroyed their RP next time you could simply tell them the property is not payed for, or perhaps instead of trying to kill them you could either get the admin involved or the cops involved.

I remember you guys being in there for a good 2-3 hours. I think I was the one to kick you out as well. I responded to that call and just thought you pasted a shop in theos house after a DDoS attack.

This goes out to everyone, dont be rude to other people treat fearless like it is a family.

I will talk to theo about this as I do not find his actions necessary or friendly and creates a negative RP environment.
