1. Cheaper when you pre-order
2.You dont have to wait for it (I pre-ordered it on steam) 3.Cause I really want it the day it comes out ;D

I dont really like going to stores for games on the day they go out, there are usually lines.

I mean it takes up your bandwidth but with ps3's and 360's you don't need to download the game.
