Summary: (What happened?)I was walking down the street minding my own business when I something flying by over the gasstation, I looked up and it was a red BMW. It kept flying up and down, killing several people while doing so. I was killed when I tried taking pictures. I respawned and got near them without getting killed. Got my pictures and is now posting this.

Edit: I hoped this day would never come where I had to report another player but sadly it have.

Perhaps, that could very well be true but he kept aiming for people and the fact that the car kept jumping up and down without a pattern of any kind makes me think that he is doing it on purpose. I saw him jump up to avoid another car and he was flying around with it too. It only jumped when he was inside it too.

I was a witness at the time and it seemed like a bug. I asked him what was happening and he didnt seem to know. He said that someone was doing it to him and that he had screenshots of someone doing that to him? We might need to get him to post here.

I hope this information is valid in the outcome.
