Forum Unban/Ban request

I don't know if this is the good forum for this but:

I've looked at the ban requests and I saw that the many of them were of the last days, but noone of them were later ones.

Is it not better to begin with the old ban requests and then work yourself to the newest ones? Now the older ones need to wait longer and longer.
I don't know for how long the logs get saved, but if they get erased after some time then the evidence get losted.

What I think (s)he means is that, while the newer ban/unban requests are near the front are are done quicker, the older ones are not, and therefore the logs are deleted and the evidence is lost. I think that is what (s)he means.
