Summary: Pizza kept killing a Taxi Driver under the name of: "JellyBelly", by the reason: " He keeps NLR'ing". I don't see this as an excuse for killing him over and over, I see this as Backseat Administration. So many times I have seen people random shoot others because they break NLR. So I am posting everytime this happens now.
