Regardless of your reasons for arrest which I still consider invalid, I am not breaking the rules by attempting to prevent another gang member from being arrested. It would have worked, but you meta-gamed to find him (by looking at his name and knowing it was him), instantly placed handcuffs on him and hit him with the arrest baton, giving us zero time to try and prevent his arrest.

How did you know it was this exact man out of all the people when you arrived at the scene?
