The Moscow Connection

The Moscow Connection is a network of smugglers, mercenaries and intelligence officers scattered across the world.
Although little is known about them, the organization's name has appeared in several high-profile criminal convictions of corrupt politicians
and other people of high influence. The CIA, FSB & other intelligence agencies have gathered evidence that would suggest that the organization has set its eyes on EvoCity.


5th February 2007 FSB whistleblower Dimitri Alexeyev brought a couple of documents to the United Nations revealing a massive international conspiracy. Several high-ranking Russian ministers and politicians were prosecuted for bribery, money laundering, embezzlement, and having participated in cartel activity. These documents were sealed with a strange symbol of a red eye in a Kolovrat. The same symbol was found on a dark web black market called "The Moscow Connection". Interpol President Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi held a press conference where he publically stated that he believes that this is proof of a criminal network operating internationally, and assigned a special team to investigate these leads further. However, two weeks after his statement the host shut down the site, and the investigation was stopped due to a lack of other leads.
