Title of Bug: Broken pursuit command
Description:
(Apologies for the wrong bug type, can't post gamemode bugs due to another bug)
/pursuit does not work, and holding shift and pressing right click whilst you have a radar gun doesn't work either.
Shown in evidence is the message I get while trying to shift right click a vehicle, so either the command is broken or it needs to be removed from the radar gun (and commands list)

Steps to reproduce:
Type /pursuit in chat as a police officer and shift right click a car as a police officer with the radar gun equipped
