Title of Suggestion: Pursuit status
Description
The police can give you pursuit status either white the laptop or commands that makes you unable to spawn/despawn a car or use lake or how ever its called you can also not change outfits only accessories. The status last 5 minutes or (how long staff wants it to) and is reusable by police and can only be used if your near him not next but near him.
Why?
Its really annoying when you are pursuing someone and he youst pulls his fricking mercedes g-class out of his ass and drives away, or even better you lost him for 2 seconds and you cant find him because he despawned his car or drove it in the lake and then youst spawns a new one and drives of like nothing happend. Another thing is he Runs in a building and changes his look from 21 white a hoodie to a 43 year old truck driver.
So i think we shoud change that and make this change.
