Allow people who have rpp to use the swat gasmask without donor rank.
Why?
Idk if I'm supposed to post this stuff here but I really just want my stuff back. RPP outfits and shit should be accessible to the peeps who have the requirement, not including donor. I'm a major player in the roleplay scene and I have my points to prove it! I want access to what I deserve!
