Summary of the incident
Had just dealt with a person tresspassing and killing an officer inside of PD. While emptying the PD two other fellas one who later got killed and another who is the reported player was tresspassing as well. I told them to leave the building with my rifle drawn as there just was a shooting.
(While doing so one of the persons being escorted out drawn a gun (don't know if breaking fearRP?) it was H.U.E Buttersmooth (STEAM_0:0:56970925) if it matter.)
The accused player then decided to block of all the entries of the building with a prop and make it invisible when he was about to leave as can be seen in the videos below.
