Summary of the incident
Spooge was speeding through the city. I went to engage this vehicle, as shown in the video a prisoner hops out the car. Who I proceed to deal with while going for the white BMW later.
With the white bmw returning I ask the player to get out the vehicle under gun point. Which he does. But then proceeds full out a weapon and shoot and kill me. As of this I believe Spooge is breaking FearRP.
