Vehicle Sounds Fixes/tweaks

Source of sounds isn't an issue, takes just a second to download the original from the workshop and extract the sound. We just don't know what cars have sounds and what don't as it's a pretty random mix. If people could say what cars are missing sounds I'll look into adding them.

After a while I've finally found out what vehicles (for me) have no sound effects and those which have the default HL2 Jeep sound:
