Summary of the incident
We were dealing with Aly who hostage someone inside of the spawn building. aly shot his gun therefore voiding negotiations we were then shot from behind by Kingstone, even after Kingstone had been put under fear RP and told to leave many times. And since this situation is in the city its in breach of rule 7.1
Evidence
Also ill state this here my intention wasn't to shoot the hostage. but as luck had it, jaSch moved the second I shot making him take the bullet
