Summary of the incident
I had a base at the lake with contra in it, when I came remotely close to it, the accused player immediately starts shooting me in my car whilst not even knowing if I am the owner of the base. I stood there for a couple of seconds, so I wasn't an imminent threat to him, but the accused player didn't care and just continues to shoot.
