Summary of the incident
I was talking some people as sergeant then an officer runs up and tazes one of them randomly leaving us confused he stated it was for jaywalking however you dont just simply taze someone and the mechanic next to him was running down the road and he did nothing about that so I demoted him he then switches to president and demotes me
