Summary of the incident
I was sat building this user was mining with a metal detector. I told him to stop with some insults (IC). they did. they then started again. I told them ``stop or ill put a cap in your brain`` the user then pulled out a weapon and shot me in the face. this is breach of rules 3.1 3.1a and 7.1
