Summary of the incident
We came under fire by this individual prior to trying to arrest him, he put his weapon away and tried to deceive us in to believing it wasn't him, he proceeded to break fear RP and try to kill us.
If you wanted to go down that route, you could also add Swiftz (STEAM_0:1:440392470) for fear RP also if you so choose.
