Summary of the incident
Essentially, we was arresting two individuals one on the left in the black hoodie/ jacket for running over an officer in which we called the ERU to hopefully revive him and the man on the right in the grey/white hoodie for open carrying, the argument is that he isn't guilty because the Pres decided to make guns legal and open carry not illegal which goes against the Perm laws, resulting in his arrest. Then suddenly the user in question Kryukov sniped all three officers for no apparent reason- we have no clue if they were working together or something however he RDM'd 3 people and when confronted in ooc about it there was no response at all, implying that he knew what he did was wrong and was hesitant to give a response or try to justify and explain why his actions were right.
