Summary of the incident
For context, I entered Devas's apartment as I was intending on purchasing some BMD goods from him. Instead, as soon I as entered he gunned me down without a word.
Devas clearly breaks the rule 3.1a: Violence should always be the last option.
Although I had a rifle on my back, there was no imiment threat as I did not have it drawn, nor did I threaten Devas.
Tresspassing or not, Devas could've easily: Called the police, asked me to leave or even hold me under FearRP. Devas choose none of these options and instead decided to shoot me in the face three times.
