I'd also like to direct you to the following taken from the 'Staff Report Instructions' Thread.
You made a UBR and it was denied due to me witnessing the actual event, and 2 other players. I stayed in phase so you didnt notice me while you continued to apologise to the victim saying; 'Im sorry I didnt mean to kill you lmao' laughing at him and giving him money in order to not have him tell an admin.
I will not be responding after this, thanks for your report.
