Summary of the incident
Police Officers are trying to arrest Mac, and after one of them handcuffed him he rejoined to avoid arrest.
He has quite much playtime on the server he should know better..

You can see at the chat he has been tased, handcuffed and he just rejoined to avoid the situation.
