Summary of the incident
Neyba repeatedly spawn killing I and the others with no apparent reason, I was attempting to follow the rules of fearRP and my NLR but couldn't leave the area without breaking one of those rules so I logged off after collecting evidence. Occurred at 8:36AM GMT, at the end of the recording you can see even as I spawned in and ended the recording I was getting killed.
