From what you are saying, the only time you broke NLR this evening was the time JohnSilver told you off about it?
Like you mention yourself, you are an ex-admin with about 1600h of playtime which why I expect you to already know and follow the rules, it is also why I shouldn't have to "show you the ropes properly" like I do with unexperienced players.
