Summary of the incident
I approached a group of people after parking, it was a scene of multiple bodies which had been shot by an armed man (Couldn't get footage to be unblurry), but then an officer arrived (TheSecondLastStyleBender) who arrived, and was I guess roleplaying as a "Corrupt" Law Enforcement Officer when he did some questionable actions. Most of everything that happened occurred within the unedited video I have provided as Evidence.
