If you have a genuine concern about admin misconduct or abuse, use the Admin Abuse section of the Forums. It's proven useful, especially when I was SA.
It's entirely possible to just lie as the rules are very subjective. Jessixa never got punished for randomly banning me for 8 months, so I doubt anyone else would be.
