I was proppushed up there by someone and was about to get down when the SWAT kept shooting me so I shot back.

Hi Etzy, the rules clearly states you cannot be on rooftops. If you got prop-pushed up on the roof you should have immediately jumped down and reported it. Do not proceeded to fire a gun at other players and use the rooftop to your advantage.

The fact that you also have accumulated 16 kills leads me to the assumption you clearly have been up to no good. 
I also checked the logs and found a lot of killings i.e. of the same person within a very short time frame of eachother. 

Issuing a 3 hour weapons blacklist.
