Summary of the incident
He rdm'd me multiple times but I only got 1 of the incidents on video after I started recording. He also tried to RDA me multiple times.
He was RDM'ing/shooting his pistol at a bunch of diff people in the city too which is in the first video i put as evidence. He was breaking rules for hours straight.
