Hi Aspire,
Thank you for your report on Dimitris regarding use of copyrighted material on the forums. I have also looked through the two links of previous threads and the other time that Dimitris was given a warning regarding this matter.
This is a valid case (and the original video was flagged by YouTube in this instance, which also contributes to this).
I am going to issueDimitris with a last warning regarding the usage of material, and to please ask the original copyright holder for use of the content before re-posting or reusing in any circumstance on the forums or other services, in fact.
I admit that the rule does need some clarification and there are certain grey areas that need clearing up regarding this, so I will work with the team to ensure this is sorted, and this is why I am not going to issue any actionable punishment due to this case.
