My opinion may be unpopular but,
As so many already mentioned, developers need motivation too - And if they are constantly being told demeaning things about their work (or lack of it), no wonder they're not motivated.
I get Fearless needs to stay up-to-date in order to compete with other servers, but all I'm thinking is "why" do we need the updates?
Fearless already has so many features in order for people to Roleplay, and you can have great RP's with what the server currently contain... Yes, more updates means more possibillities, but I dont see it as a huge problem - I think it's great things are being worked on, and knowing thingss will come in the future, but it's not essential.
I see other issues, that may need to be brought up, before the focus turns to development. But thats just my 2 cent
But dont get me wrong, Yes! The gamemode needs to be updated, obviously, to compete with others. But I think there is other issues that should be prioritized, rather than the development.. (Won't go off-topic though)
