Title of Bug: Bobby Tucker the cargo dealer
Description:
Bobby Tucker cargo dealer doesn't let you access the deliveries after doing a couple of deliveries for him. All it does is put you into first person and makes your hands/keys invisible. The other delivery man is fine.
