Summary of the incident
After being followed by these 3 and asking them to stop they continued to follow me so I decided to detain and arrest them, doing so with my AR15 pointed at them, I told them to get against the wall so I could detain them however all 3 decided to refuse the order until I hit Pacman with my ASP baton (my taser charge had ran out at this point I believe). The other two then get against the wall however as I go to handcuff 4EAL Saturn runs away breaking 3.5c
